Ryder and Raedyn

Mah smolest and tolest ocs!  
Honestly, I dunno why this took so long, and if their height seems off, well, so was the height chart XD

These are some really old ocs, so old that their story was deleted oAo

I had a bit of trouble with their heights, probably because I kept on trying to use that darn height chart when I should've just went with what I imagined, which was Ryder being below Raedyn's shoulders XD

Raedyn is actually pretty small for his species of elf, his health wasn't the best either when he was a baby (doctors kept saying he wouldn't make it past two years). Because of his size he's faced a lot of ridicule and was harshly picked on by his brothers and sisters. Not much got any better when he became King (yes, another king to my muffin basket LOL), his people don't really respect him and he isn't found attractive in their culture either.
And little Ryder there is a 19 year old human dwarf who was sheltered by his over protective father since the world had proven (one too many times) too big for someone so smol. As it was impossible for his dwarven mother to bear a child with human blood, Ryder was borne of magic. Because of Ryder's size and his father's over protective ways, he was banned from joining the coming of age tournaments, which involved his peers entering an enchanted maze in which they faced a challenge, be it a fight with a creature or a confrontation with a problem in their life. 
It's during the night tournaments that Ryder's humble town is attacked by goblins (super original XD although I called them Goblems) while Lil Ry is sulking in his hidden grove in the forest reading a certain legend concerning a certain goblin/dark entity.
So this entity takes over his town because it is sitting on a gigantic core of raw energy, and thus puts a dimension warping spell over the town, just barely missing Ryder. This spell sends a mirror image of the town and its people to the dark entity's realm where not a single soul could stop the entity from enslaving everyone to unearth the core.
Now the legend Ryder has always read of has come true and becomes the guide to help him save his loved ones. This is where the "Kidnapper" part comes in, because one of the things Ryder needs is a song from the heart of a Forest Borne, and it just so happens that his journey brought him to a port city with visiting Forest Borne Elves. He heard one humming as the elf walked by and unfortunately, Ryder couldn't get to him because of some guards three times that elf's size XD
What's a simple smol to do . . . but sneak into an inn and inexplicably kidnap an elven king  

And that's around the time I stopped writing on the story QvQ, wish I didn't delete it >.<
This was longer than I meant it to be, but oh well
